Associate Professor, Department of PHARMACY, from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, is accepting interns interested in the field of Chemistry, in the research area of Pharmaceutical Chemistry .

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work in cutting-edge research focused on the development of nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems for targeted cancer therapy. The intern will assist in synthesizing and characterizing nanoparticles, conducting in vitro and in vivo experiments, and analyzing the therapeutic efficacy of drug-loaded nanoparticles. Key responsibilities will include performing chemical synthesis, spectroscopic analysis, and working with computational models to predict drug release profiles. The intern will also have the chance to contribute to the development of new materials and formulations aimed at improving the targeting and delivery of chemotherapeutic agents to cancer cells. Preferred qualifications include a background in organic chemistry, nanotechnology, or pharmaceutical sciences, along with proficiency in laboratory techniques such as nanoparticle synthesis, drug encapsulation, and surface characterization. This position will also offer exposure to advanced topics like computational chemistry and the application of AI in drug development.
