Assistant Professor from Faculty of Business Administration , is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.
This internship focuses on understanding how a sustainability mindset and responsible consumption behaviors can be cultivated within higher education institutions. The project examines how leadership, organizational culture, and student engagement influence sustainable behaviors in academic environments. Interns will contribute to a research study exploring the behavioral, organizational, and policy-related factors that encourage sustainable practices. The role is ideal for students from HRM, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Sociology, Behavioral Science, or Sustainability Studies who wish to build strong research and analytical skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Conducting a literature review on sustainability mindset, organizational behavior, and SDG 12. 2. Assisting in the development of survey tools, interview guides, and data collection instruments. 3. Collecting data from students, faculty, and institutional stakeholders through online modes. 4. Documenting case studies and preparing structured descriptive notes. 5. Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or SPSS (training will be provided). 6. Creating visual charts, summaries, and contributing to the final research report. 7. Participating in weekly review meetings and offering insights to strengthen the study’s design and outcomes.
