Assistant Professor from GLS University, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.
This internship focuses on understanding how a sustainability mindset and responsible consumption behaviours can be developed within higher education institutions. The research examines the influence of leadership, organisational culture, and student engagement on sustainable practices in academic settings. Interns will contribute to a research study exploring behavioural, organisational, and policy-related factors that encourage sustainability. The work includes literature review, development of research tools, data collection through online methods, documentation of case studies, and support in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, or SPSS. Interns will gain exposure to sustainability-focused research, survey-based studies, data analysis, and research documentation within higher education contexts. Key Responsibilities will include: 1. Conducting literature reviews on sustainability mindset, organisational behaviour, and SDG 12 2. Assisting with development of surveys, interview guides, and data collection tools 3. Collecting and documenting data from students, faculty, and institutional stakeholders 4. Supporting quantitative and qualitative data analysis and report preparation
