Former Professor in Zoology from Chandigarh University, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Zoology, in the research area of Zoology.
Selected interns will work on a project related to the theory and practice of butterfly collection, preservation, storage, and identification. The internship involves engagement with both field- and lab-oriented aspects of zoological research. Candidates are expected to have a basic understanding of field sampling, laboratory preservation and storage, and the use of bioinformatic tools relevant to butterfly studies. Interns will gain exposure to methods used in butterfly research, including collection, preservation, storage, and identification. Key Responsibilities will include: 1. Working on butterfly collection and identification 2. Supporting preservation and storage of butterfly specimens 3. Applying basic field sampling techniques 4. Using bioinformatic tools related to zoological research
