Assistant Professor from Indus University, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.
Selected interns will support research work related to employee well-being, workplace behaviour, and performance. Interns will assist with basic research activities such as identifying workplace concepts, helping draft simple questionnaire questions, and supporting early-stage work on organisational behaviour and psychology-related tools. This internship does not require prior technical knowledge. It is suitable for students who are curious about how people behave at work, employee experiences, and organisations, and who are interested in learning through guided research activities.
