Assistant Professor from Indus University, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.
Selected interns will support research projects related to employee well-being, workplace behavior, and performance enhancement. The internship focuses on assisting in the development and refinement of organizational behavior and psychological assessment tools, which includes identifying key workplace constructs, drafting questionnaire items, and contributing to early-stage validation work. This role does not require prior technical expertise. Students only need curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a strong interest in understanding human behavior, employee experiences, and organizational practices. The internship is well-suited for learners from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Socialogy, Organizational Behavior, or related fields who wish to strengthen their research and analytical skills.
