About Internship

Assistant Professor from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU) Kanpur, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Mechanical Engineering, in the research area of Fluid Mechanics and Flow Physics.

This research internship introduces high school students to the fundamental principles governing the motion of fluids and their applications in engineering and physical science. Students will explore concepts including pressure, velocity fields, continuity, conservation of momentum, viscosity, and laminar and turbulent flow through guided theoretical and computational activities. Using introductory CFD simulations and simplified flow models, students will investigate how changes in geometry, boundary conditions, and flow parameters influence fluid behavior. The program emphasizes scientific reasoning, mathematical interpretation, visualization of flow fields, and systematic comparison of computational observations with fundamental physical principles.
