Assistant Professor from SRM University, Delhi NCR, Sonepat, Haryana , is accepting candidates interested in the field of Law, in the research area of Family Law.

This internship is designed to provide selected candidates with rigorous training in legal research and academic writing in the field of Family Law. Interns will be expected to undertake in-depth research on contemporary and emerging issues relating to marriage, divorce, maintenance, child custody, adoption, guardianship, succession, domestic violence, and related areas of personal laws. The primary responsibilities shall include conducting doctrinal and interdisciplinary research, analyzing statutes and judicial precedents, reviewing scholarly literature, preparing research briefs, compiling bibliographies, and assisting in the drafting of research papers, reports, and policy-oriented documents. Interns may also be assigned specific research tasks connected with ongoing academic and funded research projects. The internship will serve as an evaluative platform to assess the candidate’s research aptitude, analytical abilities, writing skills, commitment to deadlines, and overall academic performance. Continuous evaluation will be undertaken throughout the internship period. Candidates who demonstrate exceptional research competence, intellectual curiosity, diligence, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to scholarly work may be considered for engagement as Research Assistants in ongoing or future research projects, subject to project requirements and institutional norms.
