Board Member Technology Innovation Hub Governing Body & Professor of Practice from Indian Institute of Technology,(IIT Tirupati), India, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Psychology, in the research area of Self Development.
This research internship focuses on exploring how design thinking can support the transition from studenthood to entrepreneurship. The research aims to understand the development of entrepreneurial mindsets, skills, and capabilities among students and identify how design-thinking approaches can encourage students to transform ideas into entrepreneurial opportunities. Interns will contribute to qualitative research, literature review, data collection, and analysis to examine the role of design thinking in entrepreneurial development. The research will involve exploring student experiences, identifying key factors that influence entrepreneurial intent and development, and contributing to the creation of a research-based blueprint for supporting the transition from students to entrepreneurs. The internship will provide exposure to qualitative research methodology, entrepreneurship research, and academic documentation.
