About Internship

Assistant Professor from Faculty of Business Administration , is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Sustainability Studies.

The internship aims to study how sustainability mindset and responsible consumption behavior can be fostered in higher education institutions. Interns will engage in research related to leadership influence, student engagement, and sustainable practices in academic settings. Responsibilities include: 1.Conducting a literature review on sustainability mindset and SDG 12 2.Assisting in the design of survey and interview questionnaires 3.Collecting data from students and institutional stakeholders through online modes 4.Documenting case studies and preparing descriptive notes 5.Performing data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or SPSS (training will be provided) 6.Preparing visual charts, summaries, and the final research report 7.Participating in weekly review meetings and contributing ideas to strengthen the study
