Professor from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada (JNTU Kakinada), is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science Engineering, in the research area of Cyber Security.

This administrative role ensures execution of the AI-Driven Autonomous Cybersecurity project. While the research team focuses on technical modeling, the Operations Assistant manages the critical infrastructure of the lab, including documentation, financial reporting, and project coordination. This position ensures that all research activities are properly recorded, procurement cycles are streamlined, and the project remains compliant with academic and institutional standards. The duration of this internship is of 6 months but it can extend upto 12 months depending on the requirements of the project Minimum Qualifications 1. Graduation in any discipline with a proven track record of computer proficiency. 2. Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), professional document formatting, and record-keeping. 3. Strong capability in handling official correspondence and academic reporting. Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Maintain meticulous project records and archive research data, ensuring all files are organized and accessible for audits or reporting. 2. Utilize MS Office and advanced spreadsheet management to track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 3. Manage the documentation for high-end technical procurement, processing files for equipment, software licenses, and laboratory supplies. 4. Draft and handle formal communications between the research lab, university departments, and external stakeholders. 5. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly project reports, focusing on document formatting and data accuracy. Streamline internal filing systems and manage the day-to-day administrative lifecycle of the research assistantships and JRF positions.
