This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the establishment of the New Human Capabilities Forum—a global network of skills policy professionals and practitioners. Interns will engage in research on the implications of AI and machine learning for workforce policy and the development of human capabilities. They will collaborate with the founding team on research projects, policy briefs, and event organization (both online and in-person), helping to build and nurture an international community dedicated to reimagining the future of work. The internship emphasizes analytical thinking, collaboration, and effective communication, providing valuable exposure to global discourse on the evolving intersection of technology, skills, and human resource policy.
