This research internship explores the scientific and psychological foundations of lie detection, narco analysis, and brain fingerprinting within the field of forensic psychology. Students will study the principles behind these techniques, examine their applications in forensic investigations, and critically evaluate their reliability, validity, ethical implications, and limitations. Through literature review, case analysis, research methodology, and academic writing, students will develop skills in scientific research, critical thinking, data interpretation, and presenting research findings. The internship offers an interdisciplinary understanding of psychology, neuroscience, forensic investigation, and law, with opportunities to contribute to a structured research project and develop a research report or manuscript.
