Conducting case study analysis on arbitration, mediation, and conciliation practices. 2. Applying research methodology and qualitative analysis techniques. 3. Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and editing academic writing. 4. Engaging with relevant legal texts, papers, and frameworks.
