Associate Professor from Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi (NSUT Delhi), India, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Biology, in the research area of Microbiology.
This research internship offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of foundational models for microbiome research. Interns will assist in the development and evaluation of computational models designed to learn from and analyze complex microbiome data, contributing to research at the intersection of computational biology, microbiome science, and artificial intelligence. The role will involve supporting the development, experimentation, and evaluation of foundational models, working with relevant biological datasets, and documenting research findings. Interns will gain exposure to the application of advanced AI methodologies to biological research and contribute to the development of computational approaches for understanding complex microbiome systems. A working knowledge of foundational models is required.
