This internship focuses on the emerging field of RNA-based therapeutics and their application in the treatment of neurological disorders using integrated computational (in-silico) approaches. The program is designed to introduce students to how bioinformatics tools and computational biology methods are used to identify, analyze, and evaluate RNA targets involved in neurological diseases. During the internship, students will: 1. Study the biological basis of neurological disorders and the role of RNA therapeutics in disease modulation. 2. Learn fundamental bioinformatics concepts relevant to RNA analysis, gene expression, and molecular interactions. 3. Use in-silico tools for sequence analysis, target identification, and functional annotation. 4. Review and summarize current research literature related to RNA therapeutics in neurological disorders. 5. Assist in designing computational workflows and interpreting bioinformatics results. 6. Document findings and contribute to reports or research summaries. By the end of the internship, students will gain: 1.
