About Internship

Professor, Department of Biosciences, from Chandigarh University, Mohali, is accepting interns interested in the field of Zoology, in the research area of Biodiversity & Taxonomy.

Interns would learn how to evaluate diversity by sampling the field and using Ecological Indices. Interns would also learn how to identify butterflies, along with: collection, stretching and preservation of butterflies; preparation of Wing venation and External Genitalia slides; downloading sequences of species and their analysis by MEGA 11 software to prepare Phylogentic trees.
