Assistant Professor, Department of Human Resources Management, from Indus University, Ahmedabad, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Contemporary Topics In compensations.

This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management with a focus on workplace health, hygiene, and employee wellbeing. The intern will assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, workplace hygiene policies, and employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a healthy and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in designing and promoting employee wellness initiatives, including mental health programs, stress management workshops, and fitness challenges. Support in policy formulation related to workplace hygiene, sanitation, and occupational health standards. Conduct surveys and research on employee wellbeing and suggest improvements based on feedback. Coordinate with external wellness professionals and organize training sessions on workplace health. Monitor compliance with workplace hygiene and health policies and suggest corrective measures. Help in organizing health check-ups, vaccination drives, and ergonomic workplace assessments. Contribute to HR reports and documentation related to employee wellbeing.
