This Research Assistantship offers a comprehensive exploration of four key psychological domains: Industrial-Organizational, Cognitive, Cyber, and Clinical Psychology, bridging theoretical knowledge with practical application. The part on Industrial-Organizational Psychology shall focus on understanding employee motivation, workplace behaviour, and HR interventions through activities like job satisfaction surveys and work culture analysis. The part on Cognitive Psychology shall have research assistants assisting with attention, memory, and problem-solving assessments, including observing cognitive testing and participating in data analysis. The Cyber Psychology part shall have assistants delving into technology's impact on behavior, covering topics like internet addiction and social media influence, and shall involve designing awareness modules. The Clinical Psychology part shall explore mental health assessment, basic counselling, and ethical practices.
