The internship is conducted in a fully virtual mode over a three-month duration. Key Responsibilities Include 1.Collecting and organizing data related to e-commerce operations, product listings, and order fulfillment processes 2.Assisting in the analysis of inventory management, logistics coordination, and return handling mechanisms 3.Supporting case-study based evaluation of e-commerce platforms and operational workflows 4.Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis of sales data, customer feedback, and operational trends 5.Assisting in documentation of findings, process insights, and operational improvement opportunities 6.Supporting research-based reporting and structured presentation of analytical observations Learning Outcomes 1.Understanding e-commerce operations within the broader commerce and retail ecosystem 2.Gaining exposure to data analysis and case-study methodologies in e-commerce research 3.Developing insights into inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer experience processes 4.Enhancing analytical, documentation, and research reporting skills 5.Building practical research experience in digital commerce and online business operations
