PhD Scholar, Department of Human Resources Management, from XIM University, Bhubaneswar, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Employee Relations.

About the Project: This research examines how mindfulness influences workplace dynamics, focusing on cohesion, communication, and flexibility. The study uses an Exploratory Sequential Design, with a grounded theory-based qualitative phase completed and a survey-based quantitative phase in progress. Role and Responsibilities: As a Research Assistant, you will: • Assist in survey design and data collection from organizational participants. • Conduct literature reviews and summarize findings. • Support data entry, organization, and initial analysis. • Collaborate virtually with the research team, contributing to discussions and brainstorming sessions.
