PhD Scholar from XIM University, Bhubaneswar, is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.

This research explores how mindfulness practices shape workplace dynamics, particularly focusing on team cohesion, communication patterns, and organizational flexibility. The study follows an Exploratory Sequential Design, beginning with a grounded-theory qualitative phase (already completed) and now progressing into a quantitative, survey-based phase. This internship is ideal for students from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related Social Science disciplines who are interested in workplace well-being, employee behaviour, and evidence-based organizational practices. As an intern, your responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting in the design and refinement of survey instruments for organizational participants. 2. Conducting literature reviews on mindfulness, workplace behaviour, and related HR/OB theories, and preparing concise summaries. 3. Supporting data entry, cleaning, and preliminary analysis using standard research tools. 4. Collaborating virtually with the research team during discussions, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.
