About Internship

Senior Scientist, Department of Controlled Source Seismics, from National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), Hyderabad, is accepting interns interested in the field of Earth Planetary Sciences, in the research area of Geophysics.

Selected interns will work on a project focused on geomechanical modeling of geothermal reservoirs. This position is designed for individuals passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to the advancement of geothermal technologies. As an intern, you will engage in modeling geothermal reservoirs using advanced simulation tools. Your responsibilities will include: Data Preparation for inputs; Simulation Execution; Analysis and Results. This internship offers a unique opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience in geothermal reservoir modeling; Understand the integration of geomechanical data into reservoir simulations; Contribute to real-world projects aimed at enhancing geothermal energy extraction.
