About Internship

Assistant Professor , Department of MBA , from A J Institute of Management , is accepting interns interested in the field of Finance, in the research area of Behavioural Finance .

The internship will involve data collection, survey design, statistical analysis, and literature review in the field of behavioural finance and sustainability. Selected interns will work on identifying behavioural patterns that influence consumers’ acceptance or resistance to sustainable packaging in FMCG products. The project combines finance, consumer psychology, and environmental impact evaluation. Interns will also assist in drafting research manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals and presenting findings at academic events. This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in research, analytics, and sustainability-driven business strategies.
