About Internship

Professor from National Institute of Technology Warangal, (NIT Warangal), is accepting interns interested in the field of Physics, in the research area of Nanoscale Physics.

This research internship focuses on the design and fabrication of advanced functional materials at the nanoscale. The project explores how different synthesis pathways—ranging from thermodynamic equilibrium to chemical solution routes—influence the physical, structural, and electronic properties of matter. Interns will work at the frontier of Nanoscale Physics, optimizing material phases to discover new phenomena that can be applied in energy storage, sensing, or quantum electronics. Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Execute diverse fabrication techniques including High-Temperature Solid-State Reactions, Hydrothermal growth, and Sol-Gel processing. 2. Perform and oversee data collection using advanced diagnostic tools such as XRD (X-ray Diffraction), SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy), or UV-Vis spectroscopy. 3. Analyze experimental data to determine grain size, crystal structure, and bandgap properties, linking microscopic findings to physical theory. 4. Draft the sections of the research paper, specifically focusing on the Experimental Results and Data Analysis components of the manuscript." 5. Maintain high-precision lab equipment and support collaborative research activities within the nanoscale physics group.
