About Internship

Associate Professor from University of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science, in the research area of Data Science.

This internship is designed to provide exposure to both teaching and research activities in the field of Data Science. Interns will engage in foundational and applied data science concepts, support instructional activities, and participate in research-oriented tasks such as data analysis, experimentation, and documentation. The internship aims to strengthen analytical thinking, conceptual clarity, and practical understanding of data-driven methodologies in an academic and research environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in teaching-related activities such as preparing learning materials, demonstrations, and tutorials in data science 2. Support students or learners by clarifying concepts related to data analysis, statistics, and machine learning fundamentals 3. Participate in data collection, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis for research projects 4. Assist in implementing and evaluating data science models and analytical techniques 5. Conduct literature reviews related to ongoing data science research topics 6. Document methodologies, results, and findings for reports or academic outputs Learning Outcomes 1. Develop a strong conceptual foundation in data science principles and workflows 2. Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, visualization, and model development 3.
