Assistant Professor from SRM Valliammai Engineering College, Chennai, is accepting interns interested in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, in the research area of Organizational Behavior.

This internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience in applying data-driven approaches to Human Resource Management, Sociology and Organizational Psychology. Interns will contribute to projects that involve analyzing HR-related data, interpreting behavioural trends, and using analytical tools to understand workforce patterns and organizational dynamics. Alongside the analytical work, interns will support the research team by conducting literature reviews, summarizing academic sources, and assisting in the development of research frameworks. Students will gain hands-on exposure to both quantitative and qualitative research methods commonly used in HRM and psychology. Exceptional interns may also be considered for joint authorship on a research publication with the supervising professor. The internship is fully virtual and will run for a duration of three months, offering flexibility while ensuring meaningful engagement with ongoing research projects.
