About Internship

Professor from Rathinam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Biotechnology, in the research area of Bio-informatics.

Candidates will gain practical exposure to computational drug discovery, molecular docking, virtual screening, and bioinformatics. The internship will involve screening drug and phytocompounds, identifying potential targets, preparing ligand and protein structures, performing molecular docking, and analyzing protein–ligand interactions. Candidates will also evaluate shortlisted compounds through ADME, drug-likeness, and toxicity analysis, organize and interpret computational results, and contribute to research reports, manuscripts, and scientific documentation.
