About Internship

Assistant professor , Department of Management , from The Assam Royal Global University, Guwahati, is accepting interns interested in the field of Marketing, in the research area of Consumer Behaviour and Relationship Management.

Selected interns will work on a project related to customer experience in the domain of healthcare, and how it affects patient outcome and satisfaction. In healthcare, prioritizing customer experience (CX) involves treating patients as valued individuals, focusing on their satisfaction and well-being, and creating a positive and memorable experience, which can positively impact patient outcomes and service delivery. The internship will be conducted virtually, and Master's candidates will be given preference.
