About Internship

Assistant Professor, Department of Geography, from Dibrugarh University, Dibrugarh, is accepting interns interested in the field of Earth Planetary Sciences, in the research area of Physical Geography.

This internship explores the dynamic nature of river systems and their interaction with surrounding landscapes. The selected interns will analyze river morphology and morphometric and morphotectonic characteristics, as well as assess the influence of land use and land cover (LULC) changes on river behavior. The project combines geospatial techniques and physical geography concepts to study fluvial processes, catchment dynamics, and environmental change.
