Assistant Professor from SSBN DEGREES COLLEGE , is accepting candidates interested in the field of Commerce, in the research area of Financial Management .

As a Research Guide, I am responsible for guiding and supporting undergraduate and graduate students who are allotted to me for their academic projects and research work. My primary responsibility is to help students understand their project objectives, select suitable research topics, and develop a clear research plan. I guide them in collecting relevant information, reviewing literature, identifying research gaps, and selecting appropriate research methods. I regularly monitor the progress of each student and provide constructive suggestions to improve the quality of their work. I encourage students to think independently, develop analytical and problem-solving skills, and maintain academic discipline. I also assist them in data collection, data analysis, interpretation of findings, and preparation of project reports. I ensure that students follow ethical research practices, maintain originality, avoid plagiarism, and properly acknowledge sources of information. I conduct discussions and review meetings to assess their progress and address academic difficulties. I motivate students to complete their projects within the prescribed time and present their findings confidently.Through continuous guidance and mentoring, I aim to develop students’ research skills, academic knowledge, communication abilities, and professional confidence. My role is to support students throughout the project journey and help them successfully complete meaningful and quality research projects.
