About Internship

Senior Scientist from ICAR-National Institute of Biotic Stress Management, Raipur, is accepting interns interested in the field of Biotechnology, in the research area of Bio-informatics.

This internship focuses on exploring the molecular and genetic basis of plant–microbe interactions using bioinformatics tools and computational analysis. Interns will analyze genomic and transcriptomic data to study how plants and microorganisms communicate, adapt, and influence each other’s growth and defense mechanisms. The project aims to provide insights into symbiotic relationships, pathogen resistance, and microbial contributions to plant health, with potential applications in sustainable agriculture and biotechnology.
