About Internship

Professor , Department of Management Studies , from Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Personnel Planning and Recruitment.

Selected interns would have to work on areas like game theory, career planning and management, diversity management, HR audits, employee relations, human resource planning, job analysis and evaluation methods, performance management and appraisal, cross-cultural business environment, psychology of persuasion, marketing effectiveness, and artificial intelligence. Candidates with a knowledge of data analysis, maths, and statistics, would be desirable.
