About Internship

Professor from Central University of Haryana, Mahendragarh, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Personnel Planning and Recruitment.

This internship provides a comprehensive exposure to modern Human Resource Management with a focus on personnel planning and recruitment. Interns will work across a wide range of functional HR areas, including game theory applications in HR decision-making, career planning and development, diversity and inclusion practices, HR audits, employee relations, and human resource forecasting. Interns will also assist in job analysis, evaluation methods, performance management and appraisal, and understanding cross-cultural business environments. Additional areas of engagement include the psychology of persuasion, marketing effectiveness within HR contexts, and the emerging role of artificial intelligence in talent management. This internship is designed to build both conceptual understanding and practical competencies, preparing interns for advanced roles in strategic HR and talent management.
