About Internship

Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Engineering , from K J Somaiya School of Engineering, SVU, is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science, in the research area of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning.

This internship offers students an opportunity to apply Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and User Experience Design (UxD) to real-world problems in plant care. Interns will work on identifying gaps in existing plant recommendation systems and contribute to building a smarter solution for medicinal plant identification. Tasks include: 1. Gathering and labeling datasets of medicinal plants. 2. Developing and training machine learning models for accurate plant recognition. 3. Exploring user-centered design approaches for better recommendation systems. 4. Assisting in the implementation and evaluation of plant care solutions.
