This internship offers a comprehensive learning experience in two vital areas of biotechnology: Recombinant DNA Technology and Protein Purification. During the Basic Training phase, students will acquire a solid foundation in Recombinant DNA Technology. They will learn essential techniques such as DNA cloning, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction), gene expression systems, and vector design. The Advanced Training segment focuses on Protein Purification, a critical process in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Participants will explore various purification techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, and affinity purification.
