Faculty from Amity University , is accepting candidates interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of HR and OB Analytics.
This research internship provides an opportunity to contribute to academic research in Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Behavior (OB), and HR Analytics. Interns will support ongoing research through systematic literature reading, academic writing, summarization of research findings, data collection, organization, and analysis. The role will involve reviewing and synthesizing relevant scholarly literature, supporting the collection and analysis of research data, and contributing to the preparation of research reports, academic manuscripts, and other scholarly materials. Interns will gain practical exposure to research methodology, HR and organizational research, data-driven analysis, and academic writing. Proficiency in English and familiarity with software used for data analysis are required.
