About Internship

Professor , Department of Physical Sciences , from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore, is accepting interns interested in the field of Biophysics, in the research area of Biophysical Chemistry.

This Research Assistantship is seeking motivated and detail-oriented research assistants to join an interdisciplinary project at the intersection of nanotechnology and biophysical chemistry. The scope of research is to explore the structural and functional properties of nanomedicine systems using advanced spectroscopic techniques. A fundamental understanding of NMR spectroscopy and its application in structural analysis, proficiency in IR spectroscopy and interpretation of vibrational spectra, and, strong analytical thinking and attention to experimental detail are desired. Candidates from the field of chemistry, biophysics and cross-disciplinary candidates passionate to gain hands-on experience in nanomedicine research are eligible to apply.
