Assistant professor , Department of Computer Science Engineering, from JSS academy of technical education noida , is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science Engineering, in the research area of Deep learning.

The selected interns will explore cutting-edge applications of deep learning for text detection in the wild—a challenging and rapidly evolving area within computer vision and natural language processing. Interns will gain practical experience working with real-world images and datasets where text appears in complex, uncontrolled environments such as street signs, storefronts, product packaging, and more. The focus will be on developing and optimizing deep learning models capable of detecting and localizing text under varying lighting conditions, fonts, orientations, and backgrounds. Interns will work with convolutional neural networks (CNNs), transformer-based models, and end-to-end detection pipelines, with opportunities to implement and improve upon state-of-the-art techniques such as EAST, CTPN, and CRNN.
