Visiting Faculty from NMIMS University , is accepting interns interested in the field of Training, in the research area of Professional Development .

This internship focuses on exploring the key dimensions of soft skills and professional development in modern workplaces and academic environments. Interns will conduct research on topics such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics, aiming to understand how these competencies contribute to career success and organisational growth. The internship encourages independent inquiry, data collection, and analytical thinking, allowing participants to contribute meaningfully to developing training modules or awareness materials that enhance professional effectiveness.
