Interns will conduct research on topics such as communication skills, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and workplace ethics, aiming to understand how these competencies contribute to career success and organisational growth. The internship encourages independent inquiry, data collection, and analytical thinking, allowing participants to contribute meaningfully to developing training modules or awareness materials that enhance professional effectiveness.
