Assistant Professor from Vellore Institute of Technology, (VIT-AP), India, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Computer Science, in the research area of Cryptography and Network Security.
This research internship offers an opportunity to work on two interdisciplinary research areas combining network security, post-quantum cryptography, deep learning, explainable AI (XAI), and large language models (LLMs). Interns may contribute to the implementation of authentication schemes using lattice-based cryptography and post-quantum key cryptography, with a focus on developing secure authentication mechanisms designed to withstand future quantum computing threats. The internship also involves research on cerebral palsy detection and prediction using deep learning, with applications of Explainable AI (XAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve the interpretability and understanding of AI-based disease detection systems. Depending on the research track, interns will work on practical implementation, model development, experimentation, coding, and evaluation of proposed approaches. Strong practical programming, implementation, and coding skills are required.
