Assistant Professor , Department of School of Electronics Engineering, from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore (VIT Vellore), is accepting interns interested in the field of Electronics Engineering, in the research area of Antenna Design.
This internship offers students a hands-on opportunity to explore the intersection of antenna engineering and biomedical technology, with a focus on the design and real-time integration of antennas for medical applications. Interns will collaborate on the design, simulation, and development of antennas tailored for biomedical use cases. Emphasis will be placed on understanding the challenges of antenna performance in and around the human body, including factors like tissue interaction, signal attenuation, and safety standards (e.g., SAR limits). The internship also involves aspects of prototyping and product development, aiming to convert antenna designs into viable components of real-world healthcare solutions.
