Interns will explore advanced topics such as Quantum Machine Learning (QML), quantum optimization algorithms (including QAOA and VQE), and quantum-inspired approaches for solving industrial challenges. Application areas include mining and resource optimization, industrial safety and risk analysis, scientific machine learning, and cyber-physical systems. Key Responsibilities Include: 1. Assisting in the implementation and experimentation of quantum and quantum-inspired algorithms 2. Supporting research in Quantum Machine Learning and optimization techniques 3. Conducting literature reviews on recent developments in quantum computing applications 4. Contributing to simulation, testing, and performance evaluation of algorithms 5. Assisting in documentation, report writing, and presentation of research findings 6. Participating in regular research discussions and progress meetings Learning Outcomes: 1. Gain practical exposure to quantum computing frameworks and tools 2. Develop an understanding of Quantum Machine Learning and optimization algorithms 3. Strengthen research, analytical, and problem-solving skills in emerging technologies 4. Learn to apply quantum concepts to real-world industrial applications 5.
