Assistant Professor from Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, India, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Computer Science Engineering, in the research area of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning.

The selected intern will work on the research and implementation of the Minimum Redundancy Maximum Relevance (mRMR) feature selection technique in machine learning. The internship will involve studying the principles of feature selection, evaluating the relevance of input features with respect to target variables, and analyzing methods to minimize redundancy among selected features. The intern will conduct literature reviews, implement and evaluate the mRMR algorithm on real-world datasets, compare its performance with other feature selection techniques, and assess its impact on model accuracy, computational efficiency, and interpretability. The project will also include data preprocessing, feature analysis, performance evaluation, and documentation of research findings. Through this internship, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in machine learning, feature engineering, data analysis, and research methodology while contributing to the development of efficient and interpretable predictive models.
