Assistant Professor, Department of Human Resources Management, from JIMS Group of Institutes, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Employee Relations.
This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to a research paper intended for publication in a Scopus-indexed journal. The project focuses on the evolving dynamics of office real estate and workspace design in relation to employee satisfaction, productivity, and organizational culture. Interns will gain hands-on experience in data collection, statistical analysis, and qualitative interpretation, and are expected to collaborate in writing and finalizing the manuscript for publication.
