Assistant Professor from New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM), is accepting interns interested in the field of Economics, in the research area of Applied Microeconomics.
As an Educational Video Intern, you will create high-quality, engaging lecture videos in your strongest subject area (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Economics, Geography, Political Science, Marketing). You will receive a curated syllabus/topic list aligned with Class 8–12 and undergraduate/post-graduate curricula. Your core responsibilities include: (1) finalizing lesson objectives and scope for each video; (2) preparing a clear micro-lesson plan or script with real-life examples, case studies, and problem sets; (3) designing concise teaching aids—slides, diagrams, screen annotations, or whiteboard notes—that simplify complex ideas; and (4) recording crisp 10–20 minute video modules with clear audio, steady framing, and confident delivery. You will ensure academic accuracy, concept clarity, and age-appropriate pacing; highlight key takeaways; and add short in-video activities, practice questions, or recap quizzes. Each upload must include proper metadata (grade/level, topic, subtopics, keywords), a short description, and a neat thumbnail. You will follow our file-naming, branding, and accessibility guidelines (legible fonts, high contrast, optional subtitles/captions) and avoid copyright violations by using only original or licensed content. You will submit drafts on schedule, incorporate editorial feedback, and iterate quickly to improve pedagogy, energy, and visual design. Additionally, you will participate in onboarding and weekly check-ins, maintain a content tracker for topics completed and pending, and collaborate with peer interns to share best practices. Professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct are essential. This role is perfect for students who love teaching, can explain ideas simply, and want a strong portfolio demonstrating subject mastery, communication skills, content design, and ed-tech readiness.
