About Internship

ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR from RAMDEOBABA UNIVERSITY-NAGPUR, is accepting interns interested in the field of Human Resources Management, in the research area of Performance Management and Appraisal.

This research internship focuses on measuring the financial and operational impact of corporate training programs. Instead of viewing training as a cost center, this project treats human capital development as a strategic investment. The researcher will be responsible for tracking the entire lifecycle of an L&D initiative—from gathering raw employee performance data to performing financial interpretations like Return on Investment (ROI). The final objective of this role is to translate these corporate metrics into a rigorous academic paper and thesis submission. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Establish a clear research framework to map specific L&D initiatives against organizational performance indicators. 2. Design and deploy data gathering instruments (surveys, performance metrics, post-training evaluations) to isolate the effects of training. 3. Analyze quantitative performance metrics and financial data to calculate the tangible ROI and cost-benefit ratios of training programs. 4. Draw evidence-based conclusions that correlate employee skill acquisition with business outcomes, productivity gains, or retention rates. 5. Draft, structure, and refine a formal research paper and comprehensive thesis detailing the methodology, data points, and strategic insights. 6. Finalize all documentation, literature reviews, and citations to meet strict academic publication and submission standards.
