Associate Professor from ACPM Medical College, Maharashtra, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Public Health, in the research area of Biostatistics.

This position focuses on the Pre- and Post-Evaluation of specialized research methodology training. The analyst will be responsible for the scientific validation of the training’s impact, ensuring that the shift in participant competency is measured with statistical rigor. By managing the entire lifecycle of evaluation—from the design of psychometric instruments to the execution of comparative statistical tests—this role bridges the gap between educational delivery and data-driven impact reporting. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Draft standardized pre-test and post-test questionnaires and configure digital collection frameworks using Google Forms or Microsoft Forms. 2. Conduct "dry runs" of evaluation tools to ensure clarity, eliminate ambiguity, and verify that questions are calibrated for the target demographic. 3. Collate assessment scores and perform descriptive statistics including mean, median, and standard deviation. 4. Assist in performing paired t-tests and other comparative measures to determine the statistical significance of knowledge gain. 5. Create technical charts, including bar charts and box plots, to visually demonstrate the longitudinal shift in proficiency levels. 6. Transcribe and "code" open-ended feedback to identify recurring themes, acting as a primary rapporteur for interviews to document non-verbal cues and qualitative takeaways. 7. Maintain 100% compliance in paired data sets, ensuring every post-test is accurately mapped to its corresponding pre-test participant. 8. Verify completion status for certificate eligibility and ensure all datasets are anonymized to protect participant privacy in accordance with research ethics. 9.Prepare a formal Impact Report summarizing percentage increases in proficiency across various research modules.
