Adult Psychology Research Internship with Authorship

About Internship

Assistant Professor, Department of Social Sciences , from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore (VIT Vellore), is accepting interns interested in the field of Psychology, in the research area of Adult Psychology.

This internship is open for candidates keen on learning research and getting involved in collecting data (quantitative data collection through electronic surveys). The research study that the interns shall be a part of explores how social media influences the well-being of emerging adults by examining the association of a combination of psychological variables. The interns' main task shall be collecting data from people aged between 18 to 30 years. The data will be collected through a questionnaire of 4 variables (50+ questions). The interns will be eligible for authorship (if they collect the required number of samples) as this study will be published as a journal article. The detailed concept of the study and the required number of data will be discussed during the final selection interview.
