Associate Professor & Head, Department of English Literature, from Kumaraguru College of Liberal Arts and Science, is accepting interns interested in the field of English Literature, in the research area of Contemporary Literature.
The intern will explore how contemporary protest literature—poems, essays, short stories, and digital writings—responds to movements such as climate justice, gender equality, and racial/social rights. They will analyze selected texts alongside digital activism materials (tweets, blogs, online campaigns) to understand how literature amplifies voices of resistance in the digital age. The intern will also compare traditional protest literature with new forms of online expression, documenting the shifts in style, audience reach, and social impact.
