Professor from MIT School of Computing, India, is accepting interns interested in the field of Computer Science Engineering, in the research area of Artificial intelligence and Machine learning.

This internship offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and healthcare innovation. Interns will engage in the complete AI development pipeline—starting from data acquisition to system evaluation—aimed at building technology-driven solutions for real-world healthcare challenges. Students will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and organizing healthcare datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for model development. They will participate in designing machine learning architectures tailored to healthcare applications such as disease prediction, diagnostics, patient monitoring, or medical image analysis. As part of the implementation phase, interns will gain experience in coding, model training, hyperparameter tuning, and deploying AI components. Additionally, they will analyze system performance using statistical and computational evaluation metrics, prepare reports, and interpret findings in a healthcare context. Throughout the internship, participants will work under guidance from the research team, collaborate on problem-solving, and gain practical exposure to AI workflows used in modern health-tech.
