About Internship

Associate Professor, Department of BSBE, from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (IIT Roorkee), is accepting interns interested in the field of Biotechnology, in the research area of Bio-informatics.

The internship will focus on structural bioinformatics with a strong emphasis on programming and the application of artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) methods. Interns will work on biomolecular structure modeling, prediction, and analysis. Key tasks include: 1. Learning and applying computational tools for structural bioinformatics. 2. Implementing AI/ML algorithms for structural modeling and prediction. 3. Developing programming-based solutions for biological data analysis. 4. Preparing a technical report and contributing to manuscript writing based on the outcomes.
