Professor of Practice from Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology, is accepting candidates interested in the field of Biotechnology, in the research area of Nano-biotechnology.
This research internship focuses on applying nanobiotechnology to the development of antimicrobial, antifungal, and seed coating technologies. Interns will contribute to research aimed at translating innovative nanobiotechnology concepts into practical product development applications, particularly in areas related to crop protection and agricultural biotechnology. The work may involve laboratory experimentation, preparation and evaluation of nanobiotechnology-based formulations, antimicrobial and antifungal studies, seed coating development, data collection and analysis, and documentation of experimental results. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to laboratory research and the process of translating research ideas into potential practical applications. Candidates should possess basic laboratory and practical research skills, along with an interest in nanobiotechnology, antimicrobial technologies, and innovative product development.
